In the spirit of 'copyleft', the forthcoming US Orphan Works legislation (which will essentially render out images worthless), and the file sharing culture of the internet (if its gonna bankrupt me I might as well enjoy it as well), here's a picture of the News of the World's 'Fake Sheik' Mazher Mahmood, which after the Screws squirmed and tried (gasp at the affrontery) to use the privacy defence to prevent its publication, finally lost its battle to uphold good standards in journalism after getting completely stuffed by George Galloway in court after a sting operation which tried to paint the MP as an anti-semite.
This picture is issued under a Creative Commons license, which is meaningless since I don't own the picture, heh heh...a CC license is pretty meanlingless most of the time, as its not backed by legal precident and makes a mockery of copyright law upon which it relies on to work, and if the Orphan Works legislation is passed, I won't have to pay the pictures owners any damages for infringing their copyright anyway, as this blog is hosted on a US server.
And it 'outs' a liar and a cheat, so thats a bonus.
